The registration process for companies and institutions wishing to participate in the Eastern Black Sea Career Fair (DOKKAF 2025) is carried out in two stages. You can refer to the “Talent Gate Registration Guide for Companies” document, which explains the following steps in detail. This guide will assist you throughout the entire process. Once both stages are completed and the participation fee is paid, companies and institutions will be officially registered for the fair.

Stage 1: Company Registration

• In the first step, companies must begin the registration process through the form linked below.

Stage 2: Talent Gate Registration

• At this stage, you need to log into the Talent Gate platform via the provided link. If you already have an employer account, you can log in directly. If you do not have an account, you must first create an employer account on Talent Gate.
• Under the “University Connections” menu, you should select “Giresun University” and send a connection request. If you have already sent a connection request before, you can skip this step.
• After our university approves your connection request, you will receive a request via Talent Gate.
• You can view and approve these requests through the “Career Fair Notifications” link in the “Homepage” section.
• Once approved, you can create an event related to the fair in the “Events” section.
